Returns & Exchanges:
A Return Authorization is required in advance for all
product returns. MTSS does not accept deliveries without
prior authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping
charges for returns and exchanges.
MTSS products are returnable for obvious manufacturing
defects only, and within 30 days of receipt.
Q-Ray Bracelets may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
You must call 1-888-883-0813 to get a return authorization
number prior to shipping the product back to Magnetic
Therapy Sales. A copy of the original invoice and receipt
must be included with the return, and the customer is
responsible for all shipping charges. Please consult
the size chart or
call our toll-free number before ordering, 1-888-883-0813.
If you're not sure what size to order, please call
or Email us in advance so we can assist you.
All returned or exchanged items must be received
in the original packaging and "like new" condition.
Shipping:
MTSS uses UPS due to quick delivery time and
good tracking system. Street addresses are required
for delivery.
Signature Required for Delivery is the default
setting in our shopping cart. When you sign for delivery,
we guarantee your receipt of the merchandise.
If you waive the signature, we only guarantee
the package as far as the delivery point. Without a
signature required for delivery, we are not liable for
theft, loss, or damage.
In-Stock items are shipped the same
day if your order is received before 3pm. In-stock orders
received after 3pm ship the next business day.
If an item is out of stock and an
unusual delay is expected, we will notify you by Email
and/or telephone, otherwise we will ship immediately
upon receipt of backordered items.

There is a 30 day manufacturer's defects only return
policy on all items.
Our Return Policy is simple. The customer is responsible
for shipping charges on
all returns and exchanges, and some special order styles
have a restock fee.

All returns must include original receipt:
either store register receipt or a copy of your Email
confirmation.
1) We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization
Number
or any returns sent COD. Telephone us at 1-888-883-0813
or email us to receive a
Return Authorization Number (RA#). Write your RA# on
the shipping label, your original receipt,
and return form.
Please do not mark the original box.
2) Returned products must be in the condition you received
them, complete and in
the original packaging including warranty cards, manuals
and accessories.
3) Please fill out and print the Return Request Form,
and include it in the box with the returned merchandise.
You may also print an extra copy to keep for your
records.
